Employee time and attendance control

The Smart employee time and attendance procedure, developed in Windows environment, is crucial for the automation of the personnel office, reducing the workload and the percentage of errors as it takes over repetitive operations so that all the clerk has to do is to solve any irregularities. Suited for Windows operating systems, the Smart personnel time and attendance system is based on a standard personal computer, with no need for a dedicated PC.

The personnel time and attendance recording procedure includes the acquisition of employee clocking records from terminals made by our company as well as from terminals supplied by other manufacturers. This application handles an unlimited number of employees and work times.

Employee comings and goings are managed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. For each day, you can record sixteen clocking records, also recording a justification coming from the terminal for each clocking record. The clocking records can be displayed, manually entered and edited, always keeping track of the operator’s entries in order to make sure that employees cannot tamper with the data.
