Time and attendance systems for schools

Leonardo is the software specifically developed for schools to specifically solve problems associated wit time and attendance recording of ATA personnel, especially teachers and professors. We all know how difficult it is to parameterize the scheduled of teachers or professors, which has to be done at the beginning of each academic year.

Our procedure for school time and attendance recording makes it possible to automatically prepare both the time tables and weekly profiles of teachers and professors, based on their teaching schedule. For school time and attendance recording, the system also takes into account that the academic year starts on September 1st and ends the following August: historic archives, holidays and other archives are structured so as to allow a “period change” on August 31st; the previous school year is nevertheless still available after the period change .

The Leonardo programme for monitoring attendance in schools includes a module that for the printout of all late personnel, to allow the relevant supervisors to exercise the relevant check.

Especially useful is the management of ATA personnel with the automatic half-hour deduction after working with no interruptions for 7 hours and 12 minutes. Special care was taken with regards to printing of holiday time taken by each employee, with a starting total and the time yet to be enjoyed.
