Industrial clocks, Time and Attendance Systems and Access Control

The access control software is equipped with a simple interface that, starting from the master record of the authorized personnel (employees, visitors, motor vehicle, etc.) allows for precise control of accesses to the facilities.
The terminals are managed via the access control software, and they use connections on a RS232 port or Ethernet. The access control software operates in Windows environment, and uses the "MySql" relational database (which can be installed on any operating system). The access control software can function equally on single PC, on a local network and, by taking advantage of a simple Internet connection, on a geographic network too. It is possible to assign an access policy, if necessary different from terminal to terminal, to each person or authorized vehicle. Access policies can be set according to different time brackets .

In the access control software, the personnel sheet or the authorized vehicle sheet can also be used to store personal data as well as a photograph taken from a file stored on disk, from a scanner or a digital camera.

PRINTOUTS

An esy interface of the access control software allows the display and printout of transiti by type of authorization, by terminal, by date or total. You can also extrapolate and print out the lists of personnel present at the facility at a certain date and time. In addition to being able to print and display them, all generated documents can also be sent as an attachment to e-mails, opened with Microsoft Word or saved in pdf format.

The access control software is complete with all operator management instruments (a personalized profile can be defined for each profile), data storage, personalization of functions and much more.
