B.P.A. time and attendance software
The TOP TEAM, LEONARDO, SMART and EASY programmes are time and attendance software applications that deal with problems concerning personnel attendance and absence from work.
Time and attendance software procedures are operational in Windows environment and use the "MySql" relational database (which can be installed on any operating system). The time and attendance software applications can work equally on a single PC, on a local network and by taking advantage of a simple Internet connection, also in geographical network. The Easy programme works with the support of DBF files .
All the time and attendance software is designed for specific functions and applications:
- Top team for companies and public organizations
- Leonardo for schools
- Smart for small/medium size companies
The Top Team and Leonardo time and attendance software are different as the Top Team considers a period from January 1st to December 31st, while Leonardo considers academic years (from September 1st until August 31st). Leonardo can also be used to prepare time schedules and time profiles for teachers. Smart is a very easy to use time and attendance software application, with simple and user-friendly menus.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

- Possibility to use flexibile or rigid times, developed throughout the day.
- Possibility to use flexible times with weekly or monthly closing or with the carry-over of flexible totals.
- Possibility to manage at the same time groups of employees that comply with a rigid time schedule and groups that comply with the flexible weekly or monthly schedule.
- Possibility to assign a timetable other than the scheduled one for a certain day (anomalous table).
- Possibility to assign long-term absence justifications (holiday, sickness), including in advance.
- Possibility to add missing clocking records.
Possibility to inhibit the clocking records and carry out a manual analysis.
- Possibility to view the timecard before the printing, inclusive of the results for the month.
- Possibility to print the daily clocking records of all employees.
Possibility to crystallize the printing of timecards and of the attendance sheet.
- Possibility to display the anomalous reconciliations of the day and to access their management with a simple click.
- Historic archives that show the attendance/absence justifications in the various months of the year for two periods or academic years (not available in SMART).
- Possibility to add a starting amount (i.e. vacation time).
- If a time and attendance software application is used to manage more than one company, access is provided to a mask that allows the entry of additional keys relating to the various companies. (not available in SMART)
- Time synchronized with the atomic clock at the Galileo Ferraris Institute in Turin.
- Customization of the DEL software interface for time and attendance through a quick launch bar.
